Postal charges

Will apply as follows for orders sent anywhere within mainland UK,for delivery usually within 2 working days. If you are ordering goods from outside mainland UK, we will quote carriage charges at the time of order.

Orders up to £12.00 - £1.25
Orders between £12.01 and £25.00 - £2.50
Orders between £25.01 and £50.00 - £5.00
Orders over £50.00 - £7.50

Refunds/Exchanges

Please telephone us to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you can quote your receipt number and the date of purchase. All goods should be returned within 10 working days. Only goods in 'as new' condition can be accepted. Breastpumps are a personal care item, after use refunds can only be made on the pump, a deduction will be made for used collection sets. The total refund on the Lactaline Breastpump is £65.95. Please note, goods are returned at your own expense. This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
